Lani Eko & Company, CPAs, PLLC is engaged by DNFSB to perform audits of the financial statements for the fiscal years 2011, 2010, 2009 and 2008. The engagement included evaluation of internal control structure and assessment of compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The audit will be conducted in accordance with the following audit standards: Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States (yellow book); GAO/PCIE Financial Audit Manual, and applicable Office of Management and Budget Bulletin, Audit Requirements for Federal Financial Statements.
